Feels like home!

I stayed with Karyn and her family for about 4 months. It was my first time away from home and I was very homesick but Karyn and her family made me feel very welcomed! They are so accommodating and very sweet. If I ever come back to Boston for another contract, this place is definitely at the top of my list!

Nice place to stay for Traveling Professionals

I stayed 13 weeks for an assignment in Massachusetts. Great location, 20 minutes from Boston, close to the express way. The neighborhood is pretty quite, the host were very accommodating and nice. Solid communication with the host and very understanding. The rooms were nicely furnished and cozy. If I return to Boston MA, I would definitely stay here again.

Best place to rent

I was looking for a friendly , respectful and welcoming home to stay while Im away from my family and close to my job. Then I find this wonderful place 4 minutes away from my job. The landlord name Karyn fulfill everything that I was looking for, her husband and kids are so respectful and friendly. I love to cook she even let me use her kitchen to cook whenever I get a chance. She doesnt let no other tenants disrespect you and if something happens to you shes easy to talk to and will fix it as soon as possible. I rented with her twice and definitely would recommend it 10/10

Wonderful home with all the amenities you need

After having lived at this property for a few months, I can truly say i highly recommend it. It had been everything I was looking for. Moving in was an easy and simple process. Karyn and her husband had always been very nice and respectful and were quick to resolve and answer any questions that arose. They had always made me feel comfortable living there and respected my privacy and my space. The home is in a great area and comes with all the amenities one needs at a great price. I highly recommend this property for any traveling professionals!!

Amazing Stay

I stayed here for a month and had a lovely time. The owners keep the house clean and are respectful of others space. The stay was generally quiet, and I felt that my space was respected. I highly recommend

Absolutely amazing stay!

As a traveler taking an assignment in an unfamiliar environment, staying with Karen and Vardy was an absolutely amazing experience. I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. Their hospitality and kindness made me feel so welcomed. They have great recommendations for things to try in the area, are extremely accommodating to your needs, stay in communication with you about any and all changes/updates pertaining to your stay in the home. Provided many amenities that not many rental homes provide and they were caring and thoughtful. Some days I would come home at 7am and they would take the time to stop whatever it was that they were doing just to ask about my day. They didnt have to, I probably didnt even make sense to them but they sat there and listened. Our conversations would go on so long, Id find myself easing off the steps to the kitchen table to continue the chat and before we know it, someones late for work and I've just cut some time off my sleep haha. But when youre away from your family, homesick and tired, just that alone means so much. I could go on and on but they were simply just the best. It never felt like I was living in someone elses house, It felt like I was already at home. It was tough to leave but I know if Im ever in town again, thats where ill go!

not recommended

karyn and her husband were really nice and sweet when we first moved in but then they very quickly became cold and uncommunicative. they would always play favorites with the tenants when conflicts would arise and was always accusing us of things. we didn't feel comfortable spending any time outside the room and spent as much time away from home. we were also told that we needed to move out do to unforeseen consequences" we had caused after they told us we could do another month. there was also often doors being slammed and yelling due to the young children in the house. i would just recommend spending your money elsewhere for a better place to live.
