Great place for short/medium term stay

Bright, clean apartment and well furnished with everything you'd need. Easy to get ahold of management with prompt response

Perfect for one!

I was the first short-stay renter to live in this unit! I thought it was perfect for one person. It was so clean/neat when I arrived. The apartment also had all of the essentials/amenities/storage. I had a great natural light in the space, and a beautiful sunset. The kitchen was fully stocked, and they provided clean towels. W/D was in the building (shared) but I did not see on person there at the same time as me. I felt very safe using the secure keypad to get in/out of the apartment. I once had the power go out but Modern Midstay was very prompt in answering my maintenance request. I would just be weary about the walls, they are very thin and I could mostly hear my neighbor speaking at times or the dogs barking in the hallway. Other then that, I would recommend this unit to anyone that is looking for a short stay in Denver!
