Great neighborhood, nice apartment

The apartment was a nice, average apartment, especially for a really old, beautiful building. There were little things that the owner can improve in the future: cleanliness, wifi, hot water, heat. Plenty of amenities for a long term stay. The neighborhood was amazing, close to the park, grocery stores, options for public transport. I enjoyed my time there.
