Great Little Space

The property is clean and quiet, private gated entrance to the B side I occupied. It is fenced with a covered sitting area and some greenspace. It was perfect for the short amount of time I stayed! The host was friendly and very responsive to all my questions. I would definitely seek out his properties if I find myself in need or want in the future.

Spacious, well appointed, perfect location, this place has it all! The outside spaces and car port are an added bonus. And the price cant be beat. Highly recommend this property. Working with D. was super easy, and he was very responsive. Five Stars!

Perfect all around.

Perfect location. Huge pantry with multiple sitting area for the family. Outside is perfect for dogs and morning coffee. Landlord is super responsive. We moved from the area or would have stayed longer.

Beautiful Tyler Home

This home is absolutely gorgeous! Matches the pictures perfectly and is very close to UT Health Tyler and Christus Hospital. If youre looking for a property thats spacious and in a great location, you found the one! D is also very easy to reach out to if you have any questions or concerns. 10/10 would recommend this place!

Perfect stay

This is a great sized property, 2 bed rooms and 2 baths with some high end finishes. Large pantry and gas stove is a plus if you like to cook. A large courtyard for your pets to play in with covered parking spot. Blinded/curtained windows for night shifters. Host is very responsive and reasonable with timing of requests. Close to hospitals restaurants but in a quieter neighborhood where you can unwind. 5 stars isn't enough of a rating for this place, it deserves at least 10. An absolute steal for the price being rented at.
