Do Not Stay Here. Aggressive Dogs Onsite

The landlords work with a local kennel to crate train dogs. There is loud aggressive barking with no effort by landlords to control it all day. They seem to believe their multi-canine activity is well suited to renting to people in their small house. They also permitted a longtime tenant to have a highly aggressive 100+ pound dog who needed a shock collar. All tenants are forced to ingress/ egress through the same yard as the dogs, which have been up to 5 dogs living there at the same time. A very strange situation, especially in this poorly lit dark neighborhood. Take a warning:they will not be honest with you about these circumstances. It is a fraudulently over priced, unsafe and certainly 'unsound' place to be.

The BEST temporary living ever!!!

Of all of the temporary living locations we have stayed at, this one, by far, was the BEST!!! C and S, the landlords, provided everything needed for a stress-free stay. Our 3+ months there were great. They were not only people friendly, but they also accepted and loved our two dogs as well. We had one roommate who was great and one who turned into a monster almost immediately after moving in the last month we were there. Even with his awful attitude and behavior, C and S still tried to be helpful and courteous to him. I was very impressed with their kindness. My husband and I will definitely seek out this residence the next time we're in town. You'll not find a nicer, more comfortable, and secure place to stay in Lawrence than C and S's place.
