Good place close to SHMC

Good place with a hands on and helpful landlord. Pros: Very close to SHMC. Bedroom has blackout curtains for night shift workers, full kitchen with appliances, large living room space, easy access to i90 Cons: tight shower, shared coin operated laundry, street parking (although it was always easy to find a spot)
