Great Place in Bellevue

My fiancé and I had an amazing time living here. We stayed for almost seven months, and from the beginning, the landlord made us feel comfortable and at home. The apartment was very well stocked with all the cooking essentials we needed and included a dishwasher and washer/dryer, which made our extended stay very convenient. The parking was also great, including one parking spot in the garage. We especially loved the beautiful, well-kept backyard. It was a nice place to chill out in the evenings. The apartment is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and a wonderful, well-maintained walking trail that we visited most nights. The exceptional landlord responded immediately whenever we had a question or sent her a message, while also being respectful of our privacy and giving us our space. We truly appreciated how easy and comfortable she made our stay. Thank you so much for opening your home to us and making our almost seven-month stay such a great experience!

Nice Stay with a Responsive Host

I had a pleasant stay overall and appreciated how responsive and communicative the homeowner was. The space was comfortable and worked well for my needs. Overall, it was a solid experience, and I appreciate the host's efforts to be accommodating.

Good place. Bad landlady

The place was really spacious and at a pretty good price point for what you are getting in Bellevue. However, the landlady was very difficult and passive aggressive. Don't plan on getting your deposit back. When we moved in there were several spiders living in the bathroom and tub. Had to deep clean the shower/tub upon move in. Gave a very decent clean when we left and she claimed that she had to hire a cleaner for 6 hours to clean up more which is hard to believe considering the size of the space and the state of the home and appliances we noticed upon moving in. But while the landlady was difficult, we interacted with her very little while we were living there. The place does have a full kitchen and garage parking which is nice.
