Amazing 7 month stay!

Stayed here in Room D for about 7 months as i got settled into a new city. Really clean and organized, Jon did a great job at making sure everything we needed (from cleaning supplies, baking pans, and things to organize) were stocked. Any issue we had was always attended to right away and he always checked in about every week or so, really enjoyed my stay! :)

I had a wonderful stay here and couldn’t have asked for a better place or host. Jon went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable from the very beginning. He was incredibly thoughtful—he even installed a desk in my room so I could study comfortably and generously lent me a bike, which made getting around so easy. The location is perfect for anyone rotating at Rush: about a 15-minute walk to the hospital and roughly a 5-minute bike ride. The area felt very safe. As a female medical student, I had no concerns walking to and from the hospital or around the neighborhood, even early in the morning or after long days. There’s also an easy walk to a nearby supermarket. Jon is extremely responsive and quick to reply—always kind, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure your stay goes smoothly. The place itself is very clean and has everything you need.

Highly Recommended Stay

Millie and Alejandro were extremely accommodating and attentive hosts. They responded quickly to any questions or concerns and were always willing to come by whenever help was needed. They were very thoughtful about our comfort they even purchased a new study table so I could work comfortably by the window.Their kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. I also had a great experience with the other guests and made some wonderful friends during my stay. Overall, it was a warm, supportive, and well-managed place to live. I would highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

Summer Lease

This house was a great place to stay for my summer in Chicago. The owner and project manager are responsive and always made sure the house had everything needed. I stayed in room A, which has a great king bed and a nicely redone bathroom. My room and the living room got plenty of light and were very spacious. It is in a quiet area, walking distance from bus and train stops, groceries, and restaurants. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay here. Thanks for giving me a home away from home!

PREVIOUS Tenant

When I first moved to Chicago, I didn't know quite where I wanted to live, and I found Jon and niecey they were so welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The house was always kept very clean. Parking was very easy if I had any issues with anything, they were both there with full support. I would live here over and over again, very close to the expressway and the blue line I was able to enjoy nightlife in West Loop as well this is definitely a steal. I stayed in two different bedrooms while I was in this unit. They both were wonderful and furnished very very nicely. NIECEY is an incredible interior decorator.

Feels like home

It's a fantastic place in a good area close to downtown, hospitals, and UIC, with easy access to bus stops (even to the UIC bus stop), train stations, grocery, coffee shops, and restaurants. The house is exactly like in the pictures, very clean and comfortable, with a good kitchen (equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, etc.), laundry, a comfy living room, and everything you need, so it is a perfect choice if you have a busy life or are coming from distant cities and/or another country! The owner and property manager are always in contact with you and are open to help anytime! I love living here, it is pretty amazing and comfortable. You feel like you're at home!

Great Place!!

I currently live here, the location is nice and pretty quiet. The kitchen is spacious and the house is kept clean. The owner and property manager are both easy to get in contact with and always eager to help out! Having a washing machine in unit is a lifesaver with my busy schedule, and I often go to the restaurants near by. I feel really at home and comfortable living here!
