The stress left me when I walked in the door!
This well kept and beautifully decorated home was just what I needed! Having morning coffee on the quaint screening back porch was daily meditation! Serene. My energetic boxer puppy loved the backyard. My dog and I walked to the lake almost everyday. When I return to that area I will check to see if this property is available!

Perfect for our family
Chris and Lisa's house was perfect for our family to transition to the Knoxville area. The location is perfect. We enjoyed walking to the lake and visiting Louisville Point just down the road. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house had more than enough room for my family of 4, +2 dogs. The dogs had plenty of room in the fenced in yard and loved the screened in porch. The house had everything we needed and then some. Very clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again. Chris and Lisa were very responsive and I really felt like anything we needed they prioritized.

Clean, well-appointed, responsive
My family stayed in this home for several months over the summer as we waited (and waited) on new construction. The house was cozy and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Plenty of towels, blankets, dishes, cookware. There was even a Blackstone grill that we took full advantage of during our stay. The neighbors we met were friendly and the neighborhood was quiet. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. There is a boat launch just q a short walk away. Owners were friendly and responsive for our entire stay and resolved any issues we had very quickly. Moving out was seamless and we had no issues with our deposit return. If we ever needed to use a short term rental again, I would stay here again.

Beyond my expectations!
I stayed here while working as a travel nurse at UT. The home was perfect for me! The area was so peaceful, quiet. I'd sit on the screened-in porch in the morning and watch the squirrels:) The home had everything I needed and then some. And I loved the decor! The owners were wonderful...quick to respond to any questions I had. I can tell they love their home and they want anyone staying there to also love it...and I did. Highly recommended!
