I had a positive experience staying here, very good for the price. I felt that things were clean and neighborhood seemed safe, did not have any issues there. The landlord Mame was easy to communicate with, he gave me plenty of notice and asked permission before he had to come in the house which was only once or twice while I was there for a month. I got my deposit back and he was flexible about move in/out days and will give a video tour before you move in. You'll probably have some roommates, usually students or medical professionals and everyone mostly kept to themselves and were pleasant and easy to live with. Individual bedrooms have their own locks and there is a no male guests rule so I felt safe staying as a woman.

Rat droppings everywhere in the kitchen / laundry room. Bugs present in all the rooms. Front door locks don't work. Landlord notified multiple times about this situation, and nothing has been done. Nevertheless he lets himself inside the occupied unit without prior notice to the tenants currently living there. Highly don't recommend.
