Not in one of the prettier neighborhoods, but safe and quiet. Occasional train noise.
Easy access to Freeways to get you around the city quickly.
Railroad tracks across canal, however it is a slow zone and the don't sound bells or horns. We don't hear them when inside, some brake squeals at times.

Excellent
I stayed here for 1 year and 5 months, and Sharon was an exceptional host throughout my stay. She was very attentive, always willing to go the extra mile, and made sure everything was comfortable. The cottage is perfect for a long-term stay .it has everything needed, including a great kitchen space and a very comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well equipped stay. Truly a 10/10 experience.
