Diane and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our stay was for 4 and a half months. Our host Heidi was incredible,friendly and helpful at all times. Our accommodations were great and comfortable. The location of this rental made getting around everything very convenient. If we had any questions Heidi was right there for us. We wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again. Tom Hall

Bel Air Knolls Gem
While working in Santa Barbara and commuting from LA weekly I need a quiet getaway and found this wonderful suburban sanctuary. Bel Air Knolls is one of Santa Barbara's best kept secrets - close to shopping, the beach, and yet serene and tucked away from it all. During a stormy period, I enjoyed the fireplace nightly, listening to the rain on the roof and looking out at the pine trees framed by a distant hillside. The home radiates warmth and has a contemplative vibe. For relaxation, I found a collection of crystal sound bowls in a room just off the living room which were ideal way to set the mood for meditation. Highly recommended!

Beautiful SB home!
Highly recommend this awesome home! Heidi is extremely welcoming and helpful in making local recommendations. The house is cozy and serene and in a fantastic part of town. Outdoor space for hanging out and enjoying the birds and other wildlife. Easy walking to the beach and local park. Short drive to grocery store and restaurants! 5 star!!

Amazing Hideaway in the SB Hills
I rented this place a few years back and loved exploring the bike/walking path that lead to the beach, and the sunsets from the bluffs are out of this world. The host's quiet presence on the premises, along with their willingness to assist with any extra accommodations and queries, made the stay even more stress free. All in all, this place exceeded my expectations with its thoughtful amenities, peaceful surroundings and gorgeous back yard patio garden.

A Wonderful Location and Exceptional Host
I rented from Heidi at the beginning of 2025 as my home was being remodeled. The location is close to bike paths, the ocean, and Ellings Park - the largest private park in California. Heidi was gracious, kind, and always made me feel comfortable and at home. 100% recommended!!

Nice Room in a quiet area of Santa Barbara. Close to Ocean
I want to recommend this rental to anyone needed a great place to stay at an affordable price! I rented a room at this lovely home for three months. The home is sweet and in a quiet area of Santa Barbara and less than half a mile from the ocean. My room was nicely decorated and came with a Murphy Bed. The bathroom was shared with one other tenant. The owner, H, lives in a separate section of the house and comes by from time to time to share the kitchen. Both H and the other tenant were kind and considerate. - B
