The Best!!!!

I am a returning tenet that needed somewhere to stay for a few months. Emily came through for me like always. I promise you that you will regret this property or working with Emily. Everything she told me about the area and the place was spot on. I don't know when I will be back in the Boston area, but when I do she will be the first landlord I contact.

Heaven on Earth

Stayed here for 4 months while doing a specialty school in the area and could not have had a better experience. From waking up to the gorgeous views of the sunrise of the bay to seeing the city skyline out in the distance. You are walking distance to the train station and downtown Quincy was a huge plus as well. Plenty of people walking up and down Quincy shore drive gives this place a very homey feel. All appliances were brand new, the common area was always kept very clean with weekly housekeeping. If you are looking for a short-term lease in the area with absolutely no worries attached this is the place to be.

This is a beautifully renovated home that I was lucky to stay in this summer, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Aside from the location, the house itself was immaculate and extremely spacious to comfortably accommodate all the guests. Appliances were all brand new, a huge kitchen with high ceilings, and the living room was great to relax in with a perfect view of Wollaston Beach. Emily was wonderful and extremely helpful to find quick solutions when any of us had questions. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great Experience

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The property manager was excellent. She attended to all needs with urgency and efficiency. Great area to be in if you appreciate quiet walks on the beach, a run, and if lucky a glimpse of the sunset at dawn. I met some good friends here. This property is equipped with all the amenities that you will need. It is within close proximity to every from Restaurants, Parks, Hospital and Highways. I would definitely recommend this property.

Love this property, property manager is easy to approach, view is amazing! I enjoyed my stay!

Nightmare!

This place is terrible! Let me begin with yes it does have a pretty view but only when the sun is out. As seen the decor is all white meaning if anything drops it becomes visible. You pay a cleaning fee and the houskeepers come whenever they want. They complain about everything! Im asking myself what are we paying you for? They barely clean anything. Had to take all fire detectors down due to constant beeping told the landlord yet she never addressed it. There are ants as well. Landlord stated getting an exterminator. She never did. She tried to put me out early stating it was due to a water issue. I made phone calls and it was determined that was a lie. The whole time it was anxiety provoking walking on eggshells. You can't choose your roommates so implementation of rules would be helpful. I recommend this place to anyone who stays in their room all the time. The livingroom especially is not meant for people to lounge in etc. Im so relieved its over.

The house is great. Really comfortable, clean and updated. Everything you need is right there. E*** is fantastic. If there is ever a need or concern, she's available right away. The common areas are even cleaned on a regular basis and sharing the space really wasn't bad at all. I felt like I had total privacy whenever I wanted or was able to interact with others staying there as well. I'd recommend this unit to anyone looking for a super nice place to stay,that's right across from the beach.

Great Stay and Great Experience

Wow! The home, room, accommodations, and community were excellent. E CH, the property manager, was very attentive, welcoming, professional, and problem solver! This was a great experience and career stay memory. If I accept another contract in Boston, I will certainly reserve again.

Beach House

Great property and is located right across the beach. The appliances were brand new and the owner was very kind and responsive to any questions or issues that arise.

Very beautiful property, house is very spacious and the rooms are cozy. Close to many restaurants and stores and easy to get to city of Boston. Nice to live across from the beach to take walks and visit mini restaurants along the beach. I recommend this property to future travelers.
