Warm welcome & everything you need

My husband and I needed a temporary space as newcomers to the Maryville, TN area so he could start teaching right away while our home was being completed. Us and our 2 kitties and small dog were greated with a basket of goodies when we arrived at the house - such a warm welcome after 3 days of a cross country drive. Thoughtful items including fresh eggs and bread were such a nice surprise and made us feel right at home. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved walking our dog there. This cozy cottage had everything we needed for our 7 week stay, so we were able to cook what we wanted and do laundry at home! So many thoughtful touches everywhere to make us feel comfortable our entire stay. And it goes without saying, Ladonna and her husband were wonderful.

Awesome place to stay in Maryville!

This place has everything you need for a great stay in Maryville. The host got us some essentials to get us started which really helped make the first week of our stay a little bit easier. They were super kind and responsive whenever we needed them.

We loved our stay!!

My boyfriend and I loved this property!! We stayed for about 7 months for my contact and it was more than ideal. It was a quick 15 minute drive to UT! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful too which was appreciated. Ladonna was super friendly and personable, anything we needed she was on it! Shes great with communication and was very reasonable and fair. My favorite landlady Ive ever had in my 3 years of travel!!! The house had lots of cooking stuff, a cozy living room, nice linens and towels, and everything was super clean. If Im ever back in Knoxville for work I would definitely stay again!
