Love this place!

I stayed at this property for 7 months during my contract at UNMH and I loved it! I felt very safe between having a garage and a courtyard. Working with the property manager was a breeze and he helped me out on multiple occasions. The apartment itself is so cute and cozy. The beds are so comfortable and the sheets are top tier! Nice new appliances in the kitchen as well. I would 1000% stay in this apartment again if given the opportunity!

Amazing!

This property is amazing! It has everything you could need for a short or long stay! The host is so easy to work with and is very good about communicating with you! My friend and I stayed here for work. We felt safe in our little complex. The property is beautiful and quiet. Even has a garage to store your car. Could not say enough good things about this property!! Highly recommend!!

Travel Worker

This is a great home for travel workers. It is equipped with everything you will need during your stay. The property manager B was amazing as well. He was very responsive and assisted with anything needed during my stay. It is super close to UNMH. It took me about 7 min to get to work. The property is gated and safe. It is also quiet and spacious. The best part is the garage attached to the unit. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone needing an extended stay home in the ABQ area.
