great location in brooklyn!
The apartment itself is in a great area in Brooklyn. With this being my first time living in the city, it made for an easy transition. Everything I needed was within walking distance; gym, grocery store, restaurants, even a cute park with weekly farmers markets! Felisa also was very knowledgable herself, she gave me many tips and recommendations that I still use now when navigating the city. It's very easy to get in contact with her too! Overall she has been very kind and welcoming into her home. She made me feel confident about my move and living in a new city! I would recommend this apartment for healthcare workers or anyone who wants the city experience without the hectic feel of Manhattan. I found a new love for Brooklyn that's for sure!

Fabulous Location, Wonderful Owners
Located in a gorgeous and convenient part of Brooklyn, Felisa's home provides a comfortable and spacious space during your time in NYC. With a large park 2 blocks away, a street filled with great restaurants one block away, and access to every train line within a short walk, I really cannot imagine a nicer spot. The room I am in has 2 large windows that get the morning sun, a very comfortable bed, and is quiet by NYC standards. The bathroom is just outside the bedroom door. The kitchen is well-equipped and pleasant to navigate. Perhaps most importantly, Felisa and her mother Esther are lovely people, with a sense of warmth and openness while not being at all intrusive. They naturally create an air of ease and kindness in their environment that makes it easy to feel at home. I can wholeheartedly recommend this listing.

Fort Greene Gem
This was a great stay. The space itself has a great home feel without being too far form things to do in the city. From here here you are close to many lines such as the B, C, N, Q, and R so getting around the city is very convenient. It is a prime location for many great places to eat as well. The landlord is very attentive and nice to work with as well. You will be happy with your stay here.
