The Sage Studio is located on Pollasky Avenue (the main street in Old Town Clovis). It is a safe, clean, fabulous location. We are just a few short blocks from coffee shops, restaurants, antique stores, and all of Old Town Clovis' community events. We are also right near a lovely walking and running trail. It is also conveniently just a few minutes from the 168 freeway.

Sage Studio
I stayed here for 4 months as I started my nursing career 3 hours from home. Although I was nervous to live on my own, this studio was cozy, comforting, and everything I needed to feel at home! The place has everything you will need including dishware, a roku TV, washer & dryer, and plenty of clean linens. C has been the most wonderful host, very responsive and was very kind to show me around the property/ area. There is a beautiful backyard with a garden to pick your own fruits and veggies! The studio is in a very safe location with a running/ walking trail close by. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Hidden Gem in Old Town Clovis
I stayed at The Sage Studio the first quarter of 2024. It was perfect for a single person looking for a homebase while traveling for work. The listing looks exactly as pictured, and there is even an extended storage area perfect for hanging clothing and storing utilities. The unit features off street parking, and your own entrance path up to the studio. There is also a shared washer/dryer on site. The apartment was very clean, quiet and had everything I needed: plates, cutlery, coffee maker, and a digital TV The apartment is also very well designed with comfortable brown chairs, a wooden table and dresser, and sage green accents throughout the unit (hints the units name sage studio). C was super responsive and helpful! The location is perfect! Just steps from a 7-mile bike path called the Old Town Clovis Trail, and the center of Old Town Clovis just a 5 minute walk to the south (with many local coffeehouses, bars, antique shops and Italian food galore!).

Love It!
I stayed here for two months and I love the place. To start with, the property manager & owner, C, is awesome to work with. She is very responsive and takes care of needs very quickly. The studio although small for those who are not used to living in small spaces, is well-equipped and planned. The location is great with proximity to the grocery stores, gym, highway, and the cute little downtown of Old Town Clovis. I would highly recommend this place, especially if staying alone.
