Highly recommend!

This studio was the perfect spot while I worked in the area! It's located close to downtown, near the river walk, and there are so many activities nearby. Joan is so friendly and helpful! Her and her family made me feel welcome from day one. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in Fairbanks!

Amazing Find!

Staying in this extremely beautiful and stylish spacious downtown studio with all the required amenities in Fairbanks Alaska for four months was amazing! The studio was clean and well-maintained, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay for an extended period of time. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The location was also great, as it was close to all of the downtown attractions. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Fairbanks, whether for a short or long-term stay. The studio was decorated with modern and stylish furniture and artwork, and it had a very welcoming atmosphere. I felt at home immediately.And the landlady, Joan, was wonderful! She was very friendly and helpful, and she went out of her way to make sure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was the perfect place to call home while I was in Fairbanks.
