2 room suite-Forget you are in the heart of south Tulsa and feel like you are on vacation

Great stay

The place was very clean and nicely decorated. It’s set up to have the lower level to yourself which was great for working night shift.

Highly Recommend

Home is clean, quiet and peaceful. Pond steps outside your sliding glass door with a walking path that's very nice. Laundry room is on same level. Roomy bathroom. Kristine is responsive, accommodating and considerate. She's also a great cook! She refunded my deposit within hours of leaving. She has a cat and would always shut my door to make sure he didn't wander in when I wasn't home. She keeps a very clean home so there's no cat hair around. Garage parking and gated community. She'll give you clickers for both.

Beautiful property, great hostess

The Tenant suite was perfect. Private, comfortable, and immaculate. Kristine was an excellent hostess (you share a living space/kitchen upstairs) and welcomed myself and my dog warmly. The view of the large pond was a bonus. Beautiful, especially at sunrise. Would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable stay in a safe area.

Enjoyed the Stay

While having my home remodeled it was so nice to find this space! As a divorced dad with a medium pitty mix and a child that visits occasionally finding something for 90 days is almost impossible. My son loved the futon in the den and my dog Athena had access to the backyard. I was a little hesitant about renting from a gal but the space is private and it worked out great for us. Gated and a garage sealed the deal! Thanks again for being so easy to work with and accommodating my short term needs.

Cozy view

This property is well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The bedroom has ample room for storage and clothing. The TV room is cozy with a microwave, refrigerator and futon. The sliding doors open onto a furnished patio. A walking or bike path surrounds a pond. The clubhouse has a pool. Easy access to downtown Tulsa and surrounding sites and hospitals. My stay was incredibly enjoyable. This unit is in a safe gated neighborhood with garage parking included in the rent along with utilities. A relaxing environment that was needed after a busy work day. Kristine provided company when desired and kept the place immaculate. I highly recommend this rental unit for your stay.

Wondering hostess

Mrs. K is super wonderful! She definitely goes above and beyond and makes sure your comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. The garage is may be a lil tight if you have a big car but besides that, that should be your own issue with the house. Love the location!! Not to fair from this amazing Mexican restaurant and one of those rolling ice cream place!! Gonna miss you Mrs. K and lil blue(he became my friend after I started feeding him lol)

Great Place!

This is a great gated property! The setting is very peaceful and the home has a nice outdoor living space, pond and walking path. I liked that the bedroom, living and bathroom spaces serve as a guest suite and felt very private. They were together on the ground floor which is accessible to the patio. The living area was cozy and relaxing with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The location was very convenient and accessible to medical facilities, shopping and restaurants. It is a great home away from home!

Beautiful property!

Ive stayed at other BRBOs and this one has been my favorite so far. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. The patio was so nice and we enjoyed having our wine in front of the chiminea. Will stay here next time we visit Tulsa.
