Cozy Cottage -EZ trail access, 12 min. walk to downtown

Great Location!

My husband and I stayed for a little over 3 months while on my travel assignment. Everything was great and I would recommend the place to anyone in the Covington area. Plus you can walk to legion field, the cricket frog trail, and downtown from the house!

They have thought of everything to make you feel at home with everything you need and more including extra bedding, towels, blankets, toiletries you may have forgotten, cleaning products and white noise machines. Kitchen is the best and most stocked kitchen I've had in past 2 years traveling! The beds are comfortable. Outside grill and patio were a peaceful place to spend some evenings. Area is quiet and friendly. Location is safe and right beside a park you can walk in evenings safely. Park also has great events! House is conveniently located to town square. Able to walk to dinner and shopping in square. Plenty of great restaurants in town square. Also have gotten to see filming of Netflix show Sweet Magnolias and meet some cast as they film very close by! Owners are very attentive and quick to respond. Can tell they love the home and want you to enjoy your stay. This has been the best place I've stayed in past 2 years working as traveling PTA.

If this property is available, and if youre looking for a place in Covington, Georgia, this is IT! Perfect location - situated in an established neighborhood, one block from a fabulous greenway for riding bikes or walking. Shopping is just a couple of minutes away. There is also a park one block away that hosts wonderful community events, and thehe beautiful town square is also nearby. This home is immaculate, well-furnished, and has all the amenities you need, from coffee pot, to excellent WiFi, to extremely comfortable beds, to a lovely patio to enjoy after work. Everything is so convenient. The owners are super friendly and responsive. This will be your favorite home away from home!
