Move In Ready, Safe, Private, No Hassle, Peaceful and Cozy

My wife and I had the amazing opportunity to spend 2-1/2 months here and it was absolutely perfect. It's located at the end of a cul de sac, so street traffic is almost non-existent. Nothing to intrude on the quiet, peaceful views of the lake and mountains, even though the National Park and all the Pigeon Forge attractions are just a few miles away. But let me assure you, this isn't just another Smoky Mountains rental property. The owners, Mike & Margaret, lived here themselves until they built a new house just across the street so they could be even closer to the beautiful lake. But this WAS their home, and it shows. It's been well cared for and it has everything you need for a long-term or a short-term stay. It has the little touches that can truly make it feel like your home away from home. The kitchen is especially well-stocked with everything you would ever need to cook or bake anything you desire. In addition to all the indoor comforts, including the gas fireplace, we especially loved having the garage (with opener), a comfortably sized hot tub (that looked brand new), and lots of room for our golden retriever to roam. Oh yes, this place is super dog-friendly! Most of the neighbors have dogs and they all played well together with our boy. He had his own fenced-in yard space when needed but had the freedom to use the huge front yard and the wrap-around porch too. Speaking of the porch, it's mostly covered and offers numerous views and seating areas--it's like having 2 or 3 more rooms in your house! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you M & M!
