amazing property to stay as a traveler. Plenty of space for additional storage and personal items. very friendly and easy going landord. I loved the personal driveway and yard. the personal yard was amazing since I travel with my dog.

I had a fantastic stay at this quiet and cozy studio! It was the perfect spot for some peace and relaxation. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. Derek was a great landlordresponsive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a calm and comfortable place to stay!

Great spot close to hospital!

Nothing but good things to say about this place! Its 5 minutes from St Charles and 15 minutes from downtown. Perfect location! Everything is new inside, water pressure was great, window ac unit cooled the whole place during the hot summer. The small fenced yard was also a huge bonus for my dog! Derek, the landlord, was quick with communication and respectful of privacy! I would have stayed longer if I could have extended my work contract!
