10/10 stay!

I stayed here during my travel contract and had the best experience! Clean, quiet and the apartment has everything you need. The neighborhood is in a safe location and close to the local hospitals, downtown and Tybee Island. Shoshanna is so accommodating and attentive. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Amazing stay!

I greatly enjoyed staying here during my travel contract! The apartment was clean, updated, great location and quiet. Shoshanna was extremely helpful and proactive. The neighborhood is beautiful with restaurants, coffee, workout studios, among other things very close by. I felt very safe and comfortable as someone who was not familiar with Savannah prior. 10/10 would recommend.

Really enjoyed living here during my travel contract! I was nervous moving to Savannah without ever visiting due to reading about increased crime rates, but I felt very safe here! Loved being able to walk to different things. There is a great coffee shop and gym only a few streets over!

I loved this home!

This place was GREAT! This was my first home living in Savannah as I was still transitioning from graduating from college to working my full-time job! This place was the perfect home with an amazing landlord! It was very nice and in the best neighborhood where I felt very safe! The landlord was so incredibly kind and willing to help with whatever we needed! This was the perfect home and highly recommend staying here!

Great location, well-appointed

It was great staying in this rental when I moved to town. It had everything I need upon arrival and Shoshanna was communicative and caring during my entire stay. It's very clean and comfortable, and in a great location. I stayed throughout some troublesome weather and Shoshanna made sure I had I needed in case of emergency. Everything is new and well cared for - air condition, washer dryer, etc. Highly recommend.

Cute Place, Great Location, Amazing Owner

When moving to Savannah last minute for a job promotion, finding this place the super kind owner was my saving grace! LOVED the location, very desirable and safe area, quiet and peaceful street. The apartment is updated, modern, and felt homey. The owner, S, is easy to communicate with and very kind and understanding. Appreciated having access to a washer and dryer without having to go to a laundromat.

This is a very nice, cozy apartment, in a safe and quiet neighborhood, close to downtown, shopping, and restaurants. Very convenient for someone that works for nearby hospitals. The landlord is very kind and responsive. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!
