Penthouse Condo Downtown Norfolk

Nice view, but

There are smokers who live and work inside the building. I was not able to visit the unit prior to moving - many deodorizers are placed in the hallway/ unit to mask.....my contract was cut short and i had to throw away clothes Healthcare workers need smoke free environments to reside in - cigarette and marijuana odors place sick patients in further duress, elongating procedural times & increasing healthcare costs.
