I recently stayed at this gorgeous property in Bolton Hill, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment you step inside, the home is simply stunning. Every single spacefrom the welcoming entranceway to the cozy living room and the beautifully appointed bedroomis artistically designed and aesthetically perfect. Beyond the beautiful space, Lloyd Bailey is an absolute dream of a host. He was incredibly accommodating, consistently responsive, and always available to answer any questions I had. He truly went out of his way to make this house feel like a true home during my stay. If you are looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming place in Bolton Hill, look no further!

The Most Gracious Owner you'll find

1st I would like to say is the property is perfect. It is spacious and beautifully designed and has everything you'll need to function. The area is mostly quiet and surrounded by other historic and beautiful brownstones. I stay in lower quarters of the home which I have total privacy. The owner is so accommodating and kind. He is also very fair, respectful, and so professional. It'll be hard to say goodbye. Best place I ever stayed.

Quiet & Cozy

This unit has everything you need plus a great landlord. It's a very cozy, comfortable, and safe location with personalized keypad entry & outdoor lights & camera for safety. Relax on the large oversized couch while binge watching on the large TV next to the electric fireplace. I can't say enough good things about Lloyd, the property owner, who was very accommodating & quick to respond to any needs I had from grocery deliveries to an extra lock for my security. You'll definitely enjoy staying in this unit.
