Love it Here

Typically in stay in Augusta a couple months out of every year for work. The past two trips I've stayed with Sandra at this property. This has honestly become my second home and I'm not looking to change that. Sandra has always been really helpful and courteous. And when the big hurricane came through, she was doubly engaged. I can't recommend this apartment enough. Parking is easy, the neighborhood is quiet and I'm always comfortable here.

Fantastic Apartment & Amazing Landlord!

I had a wonderful experience living in this apartment! The space is clean, well-maintained, and has everything you need for a comfortable home. The layout is great, with plenty of natural light and a cozy atmosphere. What really sets this place apart is the landlordsuper friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any issues. Its clear they genuinely care about their tenants and take great care of the property. The neighborhood is also a huge plussafe, quiet, and close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable place to live!

Great stay - fantastic landlord!

This unit looks exactly like the pictures. It was perfectly suited to my needs. Sandra was a wonderful and responsive landlord, and her team was always nice when they came by to check on things. I was there through Hurricane Helene, and Sandra was more reliable and communicative than the press or the school I attend. She kept in touch with me and even surprised me with gifts of appreciation from time to time. Staying in her unit made my extended stay in Augusta more enjoyable. (The neighbors were also pretty nice and fairly quiet.) Highly recommend this spot if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Augusta.

Travel Nurse Approved

Property matched the pictures, it was clean and comes with everything a traveler needs. Safety: Ring alarm, parking in the back is well-lit. There isn't much street traffic other than the occasional neighbor walking outside. Noise: Minimal, you can hear trains occasionally. I got used to it.I worked the night shift and didn't have trouble sleeping. For the first week, I used the provided sound machine to get used to being in a new space. It's a 7-minute drive from Piedmont which is perfect. The kitchen came equipped with everything so I cooked all the time and didn't need to buy any kitchen appliances. The bed was comfortable and came with extra sheets. In-unit laundry was perfect, I could wash my scrubs with no issue. The owner is very responsive to any questions. I messaged her about a possible leak and she addressed it within 48hrs. She's kind and takes pride in renting so it shows. This is a safe, reliable, location perfect for travel nurses.
