Darling Mid Century 1950's bungalow with the unattached casita. Great outdoor space with some private space for the casita. I have a dog and cat, so pets are welcome as long as they get along with my pets.
The casita has terracotta tile floors, a private bath/shower and a shared attached laundry room. Very quiet and private.

Perfect little place!
Landlord is super nice and accommodating, if you need anything she's happy to help. A very sweet cat and dog live there and the dog doesn't bark too much (I was on night shift and sleeping during the day). It's a nice quiet sunny cozy place to call home for awhile. Highly recommend!
