Super cute updated unit with lots of sunlight. Hardwood floors and great lighting. Dark out curtains. Lots of storage in the bathroom and the closet also has space for a food pantry. I have a dog and cat who live on the property...both are super friendly but their safety is a major concern. I also have a person living on the property who works nights, so quiet time during the day is important. Outdoor shared area with turf...

Wonderful fully updated space with a newer bathroom and kitchenette. Hardwood floors and tons of light. There is a full size bed, a sectional couch, desk, small dining table and a coffee table. Small pet would be allowed. Nothing too big as it scares my cat.

Perfect little place!
Landlord is super nice and accommodating, if you need anything she's happy to help. A very sweet cat and dog live there and the dog doesn't bark too much (I was on night shift and sleeping during the day). It's a nice quiet sunny cozy place to call home for awhile. Highly recommend!
