Our home is a gorgeous newer 2 story in quiet neighborhood that backs up to private hill and is close to Boone lake and most major hospitals including Johnson City Medical Center, James Quillen VA and Franklin Woods.

Brand new bed & mattress, desk area, TV, Dresser.
Large upstairs bathroom is shared, we have another room we rent to female medical travelers and 2 grown children who occasionally visit. We rarely have other overnights guests.

Safe, clean, spacious
This property is wonderful! In a safe, walkable, active neighborhood located close distance to stores, gas and food. The bedroom is large and house always clean. Owners are very sweet, funny, and treat you like family.
