Convenient 2 Bedroom Home with 2 car garage

Perfect home

We spent a full year in this lovely furnished home and couldnt have asked for a better experience. From the moment we moved in, it was spotless, comfortable, and felt truly like home, with everything we needed already in place. The spacious, well-kept yard quickly became our favorite spot to spend time as a family, and our one-year-old loved exploring outside. Every day, the beautiful lake views brought a sense of calm and made even ordinary moments feel special. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and incredibly friendly, with a wonderful playground just a short walk away that became part of an almost-daily routine. Our landlord was attentive and easy to work with, and were so grateful for the care put into making this such a warm, welcoming place to live.

Nice neighborhood and great landlord

This is a very well maintained, comfortable rental for a single person or small family. Despite being close to Route 20, the house is set back into a unique neighborhood at the south end of Lake Quinsigamond. Worcester and places south are an easy commute. The yard full of birds, squirrels, neighborhood cats and a groundhog, like a little nature preserve. R was super responsive and checked in regularly to see if I needed anything. The home is well equipped with new appliances, a big TV, fast internet, linens, and starter bathroom and kitchen supplies. Indoor dining is in the remodeled kitchen on stools at the counter, and outdoors there is a nice dining table, chairs and a BBQ, perfect for summer evenings out. I highly recommend this rental!

Comfortable Home in a Nice Location

This two bedroom home had everything we needed, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms (one was used for an office), lots of storage space, and a big flat yard. The location was scenic and the neighborhood was an easy walk with little traffic. If you enjoy hiking there are multiple natural areas within a 10 to 30 minutes drive. Grocery shopping, restaurants, shopping centers are all nearby. R the property owner was a fantastic host. We didn't need to contact him often because he had everything in the house in top shape prior to our move in date. On the few occasions that we texted him, he responded very quickly and resolved the issues immediately. Renting from R is the best rental experience we have ever had. He is kind and cares about your well-being.
