Peaceful Lake Living in Snohomish County

Lake living @ its best

This is a lovely studio apartment with all the amenities. It was so nice to a frig and stove to cook with. There is a great view of the lake from windows. You don't have to worry about parking either, nice gravel parking spot. The apartment is above the garage. I worked night shift and never had an issue with be disturbed during the day while I was trying to sleep. The blinds block out the light well, there was minimal noise during the day. You have full access to the lake for kayaking, swimming and relaxing. M and K are friendly and share lots of tips as needed. It is 25 min from Monroe but Fred Meyer grocery delivery is available. ENJOY your time at the LAKE!

Amazing place!

This is an absolutely amazing apartment! The property is breathtaking, and there are a lot of beautiful places all around the neighborhood to see as well. M and K are great landlords who give you space but are always available and friendly if you prefer to be more social. I worked nights while staying here and never had any problems with light or noise. It's a bit of a drive from amenities and you'll need to plan on cooking because there aren't a lot of delivery options, but the views and serenity are worth it. I worked in Monroe which was about a 25 minute drive and traffic was usually non-existent. The roads were fine even in winter, and K was great about pointing out alternate routes if they were ever needed.
