Exceptional Long-Term Accommodations Near Shaw AFB

Barb is an outstanding host who understands the needs of long-term residents. The property sits on a beautiful, private acre and is in excellent shape. We found the house to be exceptionally well-stocked—from the kitchen to the laundry room, every detail has been considered. It is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a family of five. Barb’s responsiveness is second to none; she is proactive with maintenance and seasonal needs, ensuring we were well-prepared for the weather. The 10-minute commute to Shaw AFB is incredibly convenient. If you are looking for a private, well-maintained, and peaceful living situation in Sumter, look no further.

Great stay

I spent 6 months here and highly recommend. Secluded home in farmland part of Sumter. Master bedroom had a very comfortable bed and the walk in shower was great. Had 2 additional smaller bedrooms and another bathroom that I didnt use but looked decent enough. The kitchen was great - saved a lot of money being able to cook my meals for the week. TVs in every bedroom but I mainly used the large one in the living room. Couches arent the most comfortable if youre spending a lot of time on them but not bad. Ms. Coles was quick to reply to any question/concern I had during my stay.
