Cozy Dream House

This home is an absolute dream! From the airy front porch(es) to the comfy swivel chairs in the front room, Huger House checked all of our wants and needs while traveling. We loved waking up and heading to the upstairs porch with our coffee to scroll a bit on our phones before heading out for the day. We also enjoyed the porches for cocktails before some truly perfect seafood dinners we had downtown! On the weekends we got our steps in by walking to Hampton Park just up the road and relished in the shade that the live oaks provided. This is definitely someones forever home and we are so lucky to have gotten to experience such a lovely piece of history at Huger House!

Huger House is Wonderful!

The Huger house is so spacious and light. Its in the heart of everything Charleston has to offer! Walk or bike to everything historic! Enjoy Hampton and Allen Parks. Or - just sit in the gorgeous front porches and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening! So many great restaurants are nearby too! If you like the beach - its a convenient and short drive over the Cooper River Bridge to Mt. Pleasant, Shem Creek, Sullivans Island, and Isle of Palms! If you like sports, both the Citadel and the Charleston RiverDog baseball stadium is nearby as is the Charleston Battery Soccer Clubs new stadium! College of Charleston and King Street are nearby as well! The management made sure that we were totally comfortable and had everything we needed! It is a home away from home! You will feel just like a Charleston local at the Huger House!
