Jay is an awesome host, responds promptly to any concerns.The house is super clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend him 10/10. I had an awesome stay and definitely made great friends (roommates).

Awesome stay and experience

The apartment is very nice and comfy. It is located in the heart of downtown, with easy access to many restaurants, shops, and the city market. Having an apartment in a collegiate community also provides a sense of community and a safe environment. The unit is completely furnished and newly remodeled. Mr Jay has built up modern furniture and amenities in this apartment, which is unusual in keene because many rentals are ancient houses with/or outdated furniture and equipment. Mr Jay is a responsible landlord who is always accessible to assist with any questions or concerns. He is really personable and communicative. If I hadn't had to relocate, I would have lived here much longer. The flat has a comfortable and safe atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to feel safe, enjoy modern tech and have a very approachable and responsible landlord. 

Amazing house

This house is sooooo clean and there are 4 rooms . They are spaced out in such a way that u can't hear what anyone else is doing. The house is in such a great location. It's close to everything. The bank, college is nearby, tons of restaurants, grocery stores , pharmacies, and dollar trees. The kitchen has a lot of cabinets. The house has a washer and dryer. The landlord is a gem. Very easy to reach. Always helpful and accessible. I was grateful to spend the time here. I felt safe. There is a camera system outside. Also, each person has a personalized code to enter. It was one of my more pleasurable experiences with furnish finders. 10 out of 10..

Great Stay at Keene NH

The unit was clean and spacious. The landlord was friendly and accommodating. There are two bathrooms, in case one is being occupied. The room I stayed, had draws to place items, and a large closet. The kitchen had space for supplies/food storage. Space was limited, due to four different people placing their items, but it was manageable. I had plenty space for my car. There are no TVs in the room. Jay was able to add AC units to each room and the downstairs living space. The unit does get hot upstairs. Washer and dryer available, at this location. Grocery stores and restaurants are all within 10 mins. Cheshire Medical Center was less than 6 mins away. Upstairs bathroom had space to place your personal items. The bathrooms, kitchen, and living area is shared. Security cameras placed for safety. Overall, I felt safe in this house, it was clean, landlord responded in a timely manner. Everything is close by. I recommend this place for nursing travelers.

Loved at the Experience

I absolutely loved staying in the apartment everything is so accessible. The owner of the property is humble and very soft spoken person. The place is clean and very nicely maintained.
