Cozy home away from home

I stayed in the Southern Pearl for 3 months and was very happy with it. The apartment is decorated sophisticatedly, but it's also very cozy! It was fully stocked with everything I needed, I was provided a list of recommendations of places to eat, and the tin roof on the rainy days was the icing on the cake! The host, Sandra, was absolutely awesome! She was very responsive to my inquiry and throughout my stay. She periodically checked in with me to ask if I needed anything and to ask how my stay was going. At one point the light in the foyer went out and I let her know and she had someone out to fix it the next day. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Augusta!

Southern Pearl

I had the pleasure of staying at The Southern Pearl. and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is a perfect distance from most of the well known areas of Augusta and to the hospital, which was convenient for my situation. The apartment itself is cozy and was my home away from home. The unit was extremely clean and well taken care of. The Southern Pearl exceeded my expectations, and it was the highlight of my time in Augusta. Sandra was the most perfect host who tended to any need I may have requested during my time in her unit. It is very obvious hospitality is her specialty. I would recommend staying here if youre ever visiting Augusta. I know I will always have a place to go when I return!

The moment I connected with the landlord to the time I left there was no detail or need that was not attended to. This is great place, close to amenities in the Augusta area that is very quaint and comfortable from the moment you step in. The landlord is very attentive and addressed any need or issue quickly to resolve them. From day one she has gone above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Any minor issues or questions I had were addressed immediately.
