Elegant newly renovated cozy smart apartment

Nice stay for travel assignment.

It is a bottom floor apartment so you do hear people over you, so that is to be expected. There is parking next to the house and in front of it most of the time. Tomar and Kenneth will respond if you need anything. The place was very clean when I moved in. It had everything I needed so I didn't need to leave the house other than to go to work or the market. It's only about 10 minutes from the hospital too so that was great. I was there during the summer so the kids were out of school but I could still sleep through it. My only issue was the bed frame. The bed wqs veru soft though. I would definitely stay there again.

Not Worth It

The apartment itself is not so much a problem, but there is a smell of cigarettes that makes it almost hard to breathe. The location of the apartment is less than ideal. On multiple occasions I was reaching for my phone to call the police for a noise complaint; since you're on the bottom floor, you can hear EVERYTHING the upstairs neighbors are doing. They were blasting music until 2-3 am multiple times on weekdays and week nights. So if you need to sleep at all, and don't like the smell of cigarettes, as well as a lack of communication from the owner, please save yourself the trouble, do not rent this apartment.
