Not Worth It

The apartment itself is not so much a problem, but there is a smell of cigarettes that makes it almost hard to breathe. The location of the apartment is less than ideal. On multiple occasions I was reaching for my phone to call the police for a noise complaint; since you're on the bottom floor, you can hear EVERYTHING the upstairs neighbors are doing. They were blasting music until 2-3 am multiple times on weekdays and week nights. So if you need to sleep at all, and don't like the smell of cigarettes, as well as a lack of communication from the owner, please save yourself the trouble, do not rent this apartment.
