Katie is really sweet as are the two kids I met. However, make sure you know what you are getting in to. If you want to use a fridge or the laundry, you have to go through a child's bedroom to get to them. Super uncomfortable and highly inappropriate in my option. I only was there a couple days and had to leave it was so bad. The cleanliness was subpar. There is also no kitchen space if you want to put groceries anywhere or want to cook. There are also nails sticking up out of the floor in your bedroom from the flooring that was ripped out and not replaced. If you are good with all this, then this is the place for you.
