Great loction

Location wise this place is great!! It feels like it is very centrally located to everything you may need (less than 10 minutes away). The owner is very willing to work with you... just communicate accordingly. The only downsides I have to point out is the house is on a main-road so it is not walk-friendly. I love to walk!! However, there is a park I found that is close in the area. It would also be nice if there were some more lighting outside to locate the house at night. I must mention, the person living in the upstairs space has access to the thermostat. So you have to work with them to find a temperature that works for the both of you. The parking can get tricky too if multiple people are occupying each space, but like I said communicate with the owner.
