601 East Beale stay

I stayed at this property for around a year and a half and my wife and my daughter and I lived there very comfortably, plenty of room and nice accommodations. First Fridays were always fun and enjoyable. Landlord was super nice and easy to work with and would stay again if we were to be around Kingman again!

Great stay!

I had an exceptional experience at this property. Landlord was attentive and responsive, ensuring comfort throughout my stay. The furnishings were stylish and functional, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The property's location was ideal, with easy access to nearby amenities. I highly recommend this property for a top-notch experience.

Difficult Landlord

The landlord was quite difficult to work with overall. First, she refused to return our security deposit within the 14 days that was illustrated in the lease, thereby violating her own lease agreement. Only after many attempts of communication and a demand letter, did she then return only a portion of the $1,000 security deposit. Further, upon arrival there were three plastic forks that were the silverware for the furnished house, and tape left everywhere from previous home repairs. I would recommend looking elsewhere for housing. This was our second time staying in Kingman and our experience was much better the first time at a different furnished finder.
