Great Experience

I had a great experience renting this apartment. The unit was very clean and well maintained when I moved in, and everything was in good working order. Vernon was an excellent landlordvery accommodating, responsive, and easy to communicate with whenever I had questions or needed anything. He truly cares about his tenants and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. We really enjoyed our time living here and would highly recommend renting from Vernon to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with a great landlord.

Unforgettable Stay

I am a travel MRI Technologist and had a contract for 13 wks at a Johns Hopkins facility close to this property. I ended up staying for a year due to my contract being renewed. The act of renewing the property was seamless. I have traveled to many places in the country over the past 5 yrs and have to undoubtedly say that this was one of the best places I have stayed. The Landlord, his girlfriend, and family were the most inviting and helpful people I have met in my journeys. Anything that I needed they were happy to accommodate me, sometimes even before I could ask. They were so thoughtful, kind, and considerate. On top of this their property was so beautiful and in a nice and welcoming neighborhood. I would take walks and everyone would wave and so pleasant. Not use to that but absolutely the way it should be. I would definitely recommend this property to any of my colleagues. They have become family. Thank you so much for you kindness and hospitality.
