I moved to LA on short notice and needed a furnished place in a safe neighborhood, and this is exactly what I was looking for. Scot and Lisa are incredibly nice people and staying in this casita made moving to LA as seamless as possible. The unit is very nice and all the appliances and finishes are brand new. I felt safe and comfortable at all times here and highly recommend living here. I highly recommend staying here, especially for an extended stay. I stayed here for 10 weeks and this place fit my needs perfectly. Parking was never an issue, and having a washer and dryer was very convenient.

This is a comfortable and well-appointed ADU studio. The studio is modern and has everything one would need for a temporary stay. The surrounding yard is an oasis in the middle of the city and it is a joy to return to the property for some peace and quiet. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. I chose this place because, while there are many places advertising rooms in a multi-room house or apartment, I value my privacy and peace and this was perfect.

My stay here was more amazing than I could have expected. The cottage description can't do justice to how incredible it really is. I needed a space to land as I settled into a new job here in LA, and this has been the perfect 'home away from home.' All the amenities you need are at your fingertips, including a well-thought-out kitchen, a great bathroom, and even a hidden laundry space! Location-wise, you're not far at alleven by drive timeto the beach in Santa Monica and anything else you might need. The neighborhood is very family-friendly, walkable, and safe/quiet. On top of the amazing cottage, the hosts are incredibly gracious and lovely people. I can only hope to stay here again! Book with high confidence for an amazing stay!

A slice of paradise in the heart of Los Angeles! The casita itself is wonderful -- everything is new and beautiful. It's clear the owners took meticulous care designing and furnishing the casita, and it shows in the way the casita looks and the way it lives. Bed and sofa are super comfy, and blackout shades make the house dark enough for sleeping at any time of day. The kitchen is very well stocked and a real joy to cook in, and there's plenty of storage throughout the unit. The shared patio is beautiful and a great place to relax, enjoy the sunshine and the gurgling of the fountain. The owners are the most wonderful people -- very kind and conscientious, and have really gone out of their way to make my stay pleasant and make me feel comfortable here. The neighborhood is great, too -- very walkable, with lots of the essentials (markets, pharmacies, restaurants) just a few minutes' walk away. Absolutely wonderful in every way!! I highly recommend Casita Encanto for a stay in LA!
