Wonderful way to experience Pensacola

Quaint, charming small home perfect for one person or couple. Very quiet, safe and friendly place where your dog will enjoy walking and making new friends. Walk to the park, down to the water and back , you will want to move here. The rental home was very clean, fully furnished with tasteful accessories and antiques. A very nice and quiet small backyard with a picnic table and bbq grill. In addition, the landlord was gracious, eager to assist if needed and very easy to work with. It's like you get a friend along with the house rental. By the end of your stay, you'll want to live here. Be sure to not miss the Coffee Cup for breakfast where you can join the locals for great coffee sitting on the original antique nickel stools. Across the street is Marie's cafe with amazing seafood - blackened grouper to die for. All within a mile of the house. If you want a pleasant, convenient and authentic experience, this one's for you.

Wonderful stay!

This little two bedroom cottage is convenient to so many things.. downtown, restaurants and the dog park. Wonderful walking neighborhood. This is a highly recommended place to stay. The owners are absolutely delightful.

Great home in a great location

We stayed at Amys property from Jan to August. It was amazing. The house is beautiful, well furnished and in a great location. We took our dogs and the backyard was plenty bug for them. The house is in a safe neighborhood thats within walking distance (2 blocks) of a park, beach, dog park, and beach. It is very safe and we enjoyd walking every evening. I would stay here again
