Tons of Street parking available in a very quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Everything is brand new inside as it's a completely new build. Construction completed 9/23. We have only had one long term tenant since we began renting :) The house is now fenced in and has a patio in the back. The full walkway is paved as well with steps leading up to the walkway. Additional privacy added to the back fence as well.

Cozy, Convenient Stay Near UCSD and La Jolla
We rented this apartment for three months while waiting for my daughter to start her studies at UCSD. The house isnt very large, but it has two bedrooms and comfortably fit our family of four (Asian size). What we loved most was the location its close to everything we needed: markets, La Jolla, and UCSD are all within a 15-minute drive. The kitchen was well equipped, with a stove, fridge, and sink that made cooking easy and enjoyable. The washer and dryer were top-notch probably the fastest and most efficient ones weve ever used! Overall, the space isnt huge, but its perfectly comfortable for daily living. The side entrance feels safe, and the neighborhood is peaceful we even saw people taking evening walks. The host was kind, easy to talk to, and made our stay very pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and cozy place in San Diego.
