Great space!

I stayed in this space from Oct 2025-March 2026 and loved my stay! Would've stayed longer if I wasn't moving! Lots of space and storage. Spacious kitchen with large refrigerator and cabinet space. The unit had everything I needed! Loved having assigned parking. Never had many issues with the shared laundry, worked great. Located in a great part of upper Queen Anne right across the bridge from Ballard. The landlord Nick was extremely responsive and always great at communication! Would definitely recommend!

Queen Anne Comfort

I stayed in this unit for about 6 months during my travel nurse assignment in downtown Seattle. This spacious unit was more than enough to make this busy city feel like home. I felt so safe in this neighborhood. I frequently had to walk my dog after dark and had no issues. The views walking around this area are priceless! No AC was not an issue at all, the breeze through the window and a box fan were enough to keep me comfortable. There is a bus stop about a 5 minute walk away and right at the bottom of the street is a trail along the canal. This location is super accessible to Ballard, Fremont, and Magnolia! Nick was responsive, professional, and accommodating! So thankful for this place!

Close to UW

Good unit if you enjoy having some space which I realized ALOT of units in Seattle dont have , private entrance which is nice can look scary at first because it is on the side but I always felt safe coming in and out even at night. Close to UW, if youre a car person I would bring it they do have bus stops nearby but the grocery store isnt walking distance. The unit did seem to have a couple issues but Nick was responsive and easy to work with. The smart TVs are old so only worked as one by using my firestick. Also just a forewarning there will be spiders by the front door and in the kitchen maybe if you have a pet you wont see them but I def saw them often usually harmless but still not my thing. Laundry room is community use could use updated appliances the dryer drys slow.

Great location and great space

I absolutely loved this apartment! It was perfect for me and my dog for my contract at Virginia Mason. The property owner was very responsive with any questions I had and quick to respond. I would absolutely stay here again in the future!
