Convenient, Cozy, Comfy, Modern Home and Friendly, Attentive Host!
What a wonderful home and property manager/owner! We were glad to call this home for 5 months and stayed here based on location/convenience to metro and cozy, stylish/modern accommodations. It had everything we needed and more! The only complaint we have is the road noise on the street side of the home, which the owner has no control over. The installed double-paned windows and sound-dampening doors thankfully help reduce the outside noise. Everything else including the friendly, attentive host made up for this and made our stay a great experience! We highly recommend staying here!

Home in DC
D really made this property a home away from home! Spacious and comfortable with secured private parking steps away from the metro. We really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen as it made cooking meals easy. The only kitchen appliance we brought with us was our air fryer. Both bedrooms had comfortable mattresses, and the couch was more than enough room to sprawl out on days off! We found the location of the house to be great for commuting to work (via car) and getting into downtown DC easy using the metro. D was quick to respond with any questions and made check in/ out easy! One thing to note - the AC/ heat filtration system is shared amongst the bottom and top tenants. We had no issues with the temperatures - just some 420 smells to deal with rather frequently. During our 5 month stay here that was our only downside. Thanks D for providing such a nice property for traveling professionals!!

A Gem in Deanwood
I was fortunate to discover this gem just in the nick of time due to a last-minute change in my work assignment, and what a find it was! D was an exceptionally gracious host, and I'm truly grateful for his flexibility in accommodating me on such short notice. The apartment's location was ideally suited. The fenced garage and private parking was a solid perk and for days I chose not to drive, the metro made my commute to the city a breeze. All in all, my stay here was nothing short of fantastic!
