First time renter

I rented this apartment this past summer and as a first time renter I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The landlords were very nice and helpful with any questions I had. The apartment is in a great centralized location meaning grocery stores and restaurants are very close and downtown is only a 15 minute drive away. The neighborhood is a nice and quiet area and parking was never an issue for me. Overall, I had a great experience this summer I would rent this apartment again if I were to go back to St. Louis. Not only for the location but also because the landlords were very helpful, genuine, and they were great when it came to responding to any questions I had in a timely manner.

Very nice apartment

Stayed in 2nd floor West apartment. Roomy, nice and quiet building. Quiet neighborhood. No issues with anyone or anything in the apartment. Landlords are great to work with, respectful of your space and time. Landlords needed in the apartment a couple times after I moved in (related to recent installation of central heat and air). They let me know ahead of time and asked my permission before entering. Available if I needed anything. Landlords live just a couple blocks away so easy to get assistance if needed and to drop off rent. Great neighborhood to walk or jog.
