Spacious and Comfortable Apartment

Excellent Spot!

Stayed here for about 4-5 months and had a very smooth experience from move in to move out. The landlord Sean is very responsive, friendly, and respectful of the space. The space is large, open, and gets enough natural light to not feel like a basement unit. I have two dogs and they enjoyed the large backyard and easy access to the neighborhood natural space/walking trails. Would highly recommend this rental and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The perfect sanctuary and close to everything!

This year was my second time staying at this lovely, quiet, peaceful and central space. I am a travel RN and Sean's place is a perfect retreat after those 12 hour shifts. It's also close to shopping and all the hospitals. Sean could not be a better host. He is always responsive and helpful if you need anything. Highly recommended all the way around!

Wonderful Stay in Fort Collins

Had an excellent stay. The place was very quiet. Also , the owner was very friendly and prompt to help fix any issues I encountered. Would highly recommend.
