A lovely home for new commer

We stayed at Doug's apartment between Jan 4 and April 6 2026. We were new resident from overseas, arrived in the U.S.A. for a work opportunity in December 2025. We moved into Doug's apartment in early January 2026. Doug treated my family really well, he gave us all the information and helps that we need, which means a lot to us because we were adapting the new environment. Doug has been a very friendly, supportive and fair landlord during our stay and move out. The apartment is warm, clean and it has everything we need to live. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful, we felt safe at night and walk around. Even though we no longer live there, Doug still keep in touch with us and asked if he can help us.

I had such a lovely stay! Doug and Harriett are truly wonderful people - so kind, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. The house was spotless, cozy, and felt like home right away. I couldnt have asked for better hosts or a better place to stay.

Cozy Apartment with Convenient Location

I had a great experience staying here over the summer! The location is really convenient, just a minute to the bus stop and about a 20-minute walk to Safeway, grocery stores, and restaurants. Its also a really good option for Microsoft interns since it only takes around 15 minutes by bus to get to the campus. The apartment is cozy with warm lighting, and the backyard is beautiful with green grass and flowers. The shared spaces are spacious, and kitchen had everything I needed. The landlord was super supportive and helpful whenever I had requests. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. Highly recommend!

Great location and owners!

I stayed for little over a month while I got settled and the homeowners were excellent hosts! Very flexible and willing to adjust to my needs, property had tons of space and private entrance. Plus lots of parks nearby and groceries are very close. Overall this is a great space and would highly recommend!
