I had a truly pleasant experience staying at this place. From the moment I arrived, the space was clean, well-prepared, and exactly as shown in the listing. It felt welcoming and comfortable, which made settling in very easy. Christine was an exceptional landlord. She reached out early on to ask if I needed anything and consistently made herself available throughout my stay. Whether it was answering questions, providing assistance, or just checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly, she was always thoughtful and responsive. I really appreciated the care she put into making sure the space was well-maintained and that I had everything I needed. Her attentiveness and hospitality made a big difference in my overall experience. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable space with a landlord who genuinely cares about your needs.

cozy and safe stay!

Really enjoyed staying at this place. Appreciate the privacy and the space I had. Super convenient as it is close to everything I needed ie. hospital, accessible gym downstairs, lifetime fitness, groceries and places to order from! The room was spacious for me. Christine went beyond to accommodate my needs as much as she can and I really liked the spacious private bathroom and the in unit washer and dryer. The shared space was always kept clean as well. Safe neighborhood and friendly. Definitely will come back if I get another assignment in Omaha.

Great place to stay

After meeting the owner, I knew this would be a good stay. I liked the quiet, safe neighborhood. The short drive to the hospital was convenient. The place was always clean and the room and private bathroom had plenty of space for my stuff. The owner is nice and would check in to make sure everything was good with my space.
