1158 - Cozy 1-Bedroom Duplex with Patio and Convenient Location in Tucson, AZ

Love This Place

I stayed in this very cute and cozy place with my 20-year-old son for 3 months for a nursing contract at TMC and absolutely loved it! The space was welcoming and thoughtfully furnished, it truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was comfortable, the living room couch turned into a comfortable place to sleep and every detail was taken care of to make our stay stress-free. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with convenient access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The Landlord is incredibly kind, extremely responsive, and was accommodating throughout our entire stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, charming, and comfortable longer-term rental!
